We work with senior leaders and rising managers across Scotland and the UK. Through structured one-to-one coaching, you will make sharper decisions, build stronger teams, and lead with genuine confidence.
Three focused programmes, each tailored to where you are right now in your career.
One-to-one leadership coaching
Six or twelve sessions over three to six months, each lasting 75 minutes. You set the agenda. We help you see what you cannot see alone: the habits that hold you back, the strengths you under-use. Between sessions you complete targeted exercises that connect coaching insights to your actual workday. Most clients notice measurable changes after the third session.
Team alignment workshops
Half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams of four to twelve people. We use real business problems from your organisation as the raw material. No role-playing with strangers' case studies. By the end of the day your team leaves with a written action plan, assigned owners and a 30-day review date. We follow up with each participant individually two weeks later.
Transition coaching for new roles
The first 90 days in a new senior role determine whether you succeed or spend a year recovering from early missteps. This programme gives you eight focused sessions during that critical window. We cover stakeholder mapping, quick wins that build credibility, and how to inherit a team without dismantling the trust your predecessor built.
Why leaders choose us
Our founder coached for ten years inside FTSE 250 companies before starting ExecFocus Now. That means we understand the politics, the board dynamics, and the pressure that comes with quarterly targets.
We do not use generic personality assessments and hand you a 40-page report. Instead, every engagement begins with a 90-minute diagnostic conversation where we identify two or three specific leadership behaviours you want to change. Those become the backbone of your coaching plan.
Clients often say the difference is accountability. We ask hard questions, we track progress against concrete milestones, and we are honest when something is not working. Coaching should feel productive, not comfortable.
Sessions happen in person in central Scotland or over video call, whichever suits your schedule. We have coached leaders in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and London, as well as remote teams spread across multiple time zones.
What our clients say
Real feedback from leaders who completed a full coaching engagement.
"I came in thinking I needed to fix my communication style. After three sessions I realised the real issue was how I handled conflict with my COO. Within two months we had a working relationship that actually functioned."
— Rachel Dunbar, Managing Director, logistics firm in Glasgow
"The transition coaching saved me. I was promoted into a role where half the team had also applied. The stakeholder mapping exercise alone was worth the entire fee."
— James Okonkwo, VP of Operations, Edinburgh-based fintech
"No fluff. Every session had a clear outcome and something I could apply the same week. I have recommended the programme to three colleagues."
— Susan Hargreaves, Head of Product, SaaS company
