What happens after you get in touch

We want the process to be straightforward. Here is exactly what will happen once you send your message or give us a call.

We read your message carefully

No auto-responders, no chatbots. A real person reads what you wrote and thinks about it before replying. If you have described a specific challenge, we will reference it in our response.

We suggest a free 30-minute call

This call is not a sales pitch. We ask questions about your role, your goals and the specific changes you want to make. We also tell you honestly if we think coaching is not the right fit, and if so, what might be.

You receive a written proposal

If we agree to work together, we send a short proposal covering the programme format, number of sessions, fees and a proposed start date. No surprises, no hidden costs. You can share this with your employer if they are sponsoring the engagement.

We schedule your first session

The first session is the 90-minute diagnostic where we identify your priority focus areas. From there, we set a fortnightly rhythm that fits your calendar. Most clients choose Tuesday or Thursday mornings.

Availability and working hours

Our standard coaching hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. We can occasionally accommodate early morning sessions starting at 7 am for clients who have packed schedules or are in different time zones.

We do not coach on weekends, because rest matters for both coach and client. If you send a message on Saturday or Sunday, expect a reply on Monday morning.

For team workshops, we typically need four to six weeks of lead time to prepare properly. That includes a briefing call with the team leader, a review of any relevant organisational context, and the design of exercises tailored to your group. Shorter turnarounds are possible when the scope is narrow.

If you are an HR or L&D professional exploring coaching for multiple leaders in your organisation, we offer a discovery session where we assess the group's needs and recommend the right mix of individual coaching and team workshops. There is no charge for this initial assessment.

We look forward to hearing from you. Whether you have a clear goal in mind or just a sense that something needs to change, that is enough to start the conversation.
